Getting Your Flowers to Us
Shipping Fresh Flowers
Shipping your flowers to us is a great option if your event is taking place outside of our pick-up area in Utah or if you are having a destination wedding. You will need to ship the flowers as overnight or next day delivery for them to arrive in good condition. I recommend you find someone you trust (your event planner or a family member) to ship them for you so you don’t have to worry about it after your event. Below are the instructions for packaging and shipping them to us:
After the wedding we suggest you keep the flowers in the refrigerator or another cool place to keep them in good condition till you are ready to ship them, do not freeze them this will destroy the flowers. Choose a cardboard box or an insulated Styrofoam box the size of bouquet. If you have an ice pack (Like the gel coolant blocks that you’d use in a picnic cooler or lunch box), tape them to the bottom of the box. (Do not use ice cubes, they will damage the flowers and melt and get messy) You may cut the stems a bit as needed to fit in the box. Lightly pad the box with crumpled newspaper, tissue paper, or packing peanuts so the bouquet does not bounce around. Do not wrap flowers in a plastic bag or bubble wrap because they will cause the flowers to sweat. Enclose contact information (name, address, phone, email) in the box. Seal the box and Label the shipping box Fragile, Perishable and write “This Side Up” on the box. Please ship overnight express or next day air in to ensure the freshness of the flowers! Then send us the tracking number for the package so we can take care of your package as soon as it arrives.
We suggest using the United States Post Office (USPS) because it is usually the cheapest option for shipping but UPS and FedEx work well too (you can also ask them to package it for you if you don’t want to worry about that). Typically it costs around $50-70 for an average sized bouquet. Ask for Priority Express “next day” delivery and make sure to send us your tracking number. Caring for your Flowers
Until your flowers are shipped or picked-up here are some instructions to keep them in the best shape possible!
Keep the bouquet/flowers in water. Trim the ends of the stems for good water flow if it’s going to be a while or spray them lightly with water. Then put your bouquet/flowers into the refrigerator or a cool place like your garage in winter. Do not put the flowers in the freezer or outdoors in winter!! Freezing the flowers will damage the blooms, possibly making them unable to complete the preservation process.
If you wish you had preserved your wedding bouquet or have some flowers that meant a lot to you it’s not too late! Ship us your dried flowers and send us a photo of when they were fresh and we can still preserve them. If you don’t have the dried flowers any more you can just send us a photo and we can create a print based off of the photo.
To ship your dried flowers simply find a box that they will fit in comfortably. Lightly pad the box with crumpled newspaper, tissue paper, or packing peanuts so the bouquet does not bounce around. Enclose contact information (name, shipping address, phone, email, and a photo of the flowers when fresh if you haven’t texted or emailed it to us already) in the box. Seal the box and Label the shipping box Fragile.

Shipping Dried Flowers
We will be happy to come pick-up your flowers at the end of your event when you are done with your flowers. If your event is taking place in Utah, Salt Lake, Summit, or Wasatch counties we charge a flat $20 pick-up fee. If you are outside of these areas we charge $0.50/mile one way from Provo, Utah to wherever you are. You can also drop-off your flowers (or arrange for someone else to) at our studio in Provo, Utah if you prefer for no fee.
