Frequently Asked Questions


Q: What happens after I place my order?
A: When you place your order, all of your information is sent to us. We will then reach out to you within 24- 48 hours (it’s usually in an hour or so) to confirm your booking and arrangements for collecting your flowers via shipping, pick-up or drop-off. We will also discuss any special requests or details we might need to make sure your print is the perfect memento of your event. Once we have received your flowers or the photo of your flowers we will create your print/s and then send you photos of the completed prints for approval. After you have approved your print/s and before we ship them to you, we will send you an invoice from PayPal to your email. When the invoice is paid we will ship you the print/s. If your event has already happened please feel free to send your flowers to us as soon as you can so we can get the flowers started in the process.

Q: How long does it take to complete my print?
A: Because every print is custom made, it takes approximately 4-6 weeks from the time we receive your bouquet until your print is complete. If you would like to receive your print on a certain date (ex. an anniversary etc.) please tell us the date you need it by. We can rush the order if you need it sooner for a fee of $50.

Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: After your order is finished an invoice will be sent via PayPal to your email. No payment is due until after we have finished your print/s and you have viewed them and approved them. As soon as you have paid the invoice we will ship your prints out to you. You can pay with any credit card, PayPal through the invoice or Venmo @eternalbouquetprints . If you are paying in person we also accept cash. If you want to pay when you order please contact us and we will help you make arrangements for that.

Q: What if I want to return or cancel my order? We do our best to make our customers happy. But this is a custom product created by the artist at the artist’s discretion, and therefore each print is unique piece of art. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product please return it in its original condition and we will give you a 50% refund for your order within 30 days of receiving the product. If you need to change the date or cancel your order we are happy to accommodate most any situation except if we have already created your preservation print. If we have already created your print and you decide you don’t want it we still require a 50% payment on the order. We do try to work with each customer and fix things before it gets to this but we hope you understand that once we create your print we still need to pay our artists and pay for the supplies needed to create this.

Q: How will I review my print after it’s done?
A: After we create your print we will photograph the prints we create and send you photos via email or text and you can choose which ones you like or let us know of any alterations/redos you would like (we allow one of these per print if we still have enough flowers and the request is reasonable). We do our best to make our customers happy. But this is a custom product that is handmade by our artists at our discretion, and therefore each print is a unique piece of art and each print is variable. Once you approve of the print/s we will ship them off to you after we receive payment.

Q: Can you preserve my dried bouquet?
A: Absolutely! Just send us your dried bouquet even if it’s in bad shape. Instructions for shipping a dried bouquet are on our shipping & pick-up page. Then send us a photo of the bouquet when it was fresh if you have a picture of it. In two weeks we will ship you your print!

Q: What if I don't have my wedding bouquet or flowers anymore?
A:  No problem! Just send us a photo of your flowers when they were fresh and we can make you a print from that.

Q: Can I preserve other things than just wedding bouquets?
A: Yes! We preserve flowers from funerals, weddings, anniversaries, prom, and all occasions. We also preserve, bridesmaid’s bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres in addition to the brides bouquet. Just contact us with your request and we will customize a package for you. We offer a discount for each additional print ordered.

Q: How do I get my flowers to you?

We offer pick-up, drop-off and shipping options depending on where your event is located. Please visit our shipping & pick-up page for details.

Q: How do I care for my flowers until they are picked up or shipped?
A: 
Keep the bouquet or flowers in water. Trim the ends of the stems for good water flow if it’s going to be a while or spray them lightly with water. Then put your bouquet/flowers into the refrigerator or a cool place like your garage in winter. Do not put the flowers in the freezer or outdoors in winter!!  Freezing the flowers will damage the blooms, possibly making them unable to complete the preservation process.

Q: What if I want my print before my wedding to display at my wedding?
A: If you had a bouquet made for your bridal pictures or for your rehearsal, then we can use that bouquet to make your print. Otherwise tell us the types of flowers you will be using in your bouquet and we can make the print from that. Order must be placed and flowers received at least two weeks before the event to ensure delivery on time for your event. Or you can put a rush order on it and we can complete it in 2-3 days. (A rush order surcharge of $50 will be added to your order.)

Q: How do I ship my fresh flowers?

Q: What happens to the flowers from my bouquet that you don't use?
A: We do our best to take only the flowers needed from the bouquet to make your unique print. Sometimes we have a few of the flowers left over from your bouquet but usually we use most of them. If you request it we can ship back those not used to you. (Extra will be charged if you want the rest of the flowers shipped back to you). Otherwise the leftovers are thrown away when they get too wilted.

Q: Can you ship back my ice packs?
A: Yes,
If you shipped special ice packs that you want sent back please let us know and we will ship them back to you!
