Return/Cancellation Policy: We do our best to make our customers happy. But this is a custom product created by the artist at the artist’s discretion, and therefore each print is unique piece of art. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product please return it in its original condition and we will give you a 50% refund for your order within 30 days of receiving the product. If you need to change the date or cancel your order we are happy to accommodate most any situation except if we have already created your preservation print. If we have already created your print and you decide you don’t want it we still require a 50% payment on the order to pay our artists and for the supplies used in creating it.
